bpech may request identity verification documents at any time, including when processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or when fraud indicators are present. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or the return of funds via the original deposit method.
Important: Never share your bpech password or OTP with anyone — including people claiming to be bpech support staff. bpech will never ask for your password.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed, all balances will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment source where technically possible. bpech cooperates fully with any investigations relating to underage gambling.

bpech currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are in PKR. bpech does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must be registered in your own name.
bpech charges no fees on deposits made via any supported payment method. Any charges applied by your mobile wallet or bank are entirely outside bpech's control and are your responsibility.
The minimum deposit on bpech is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier — standard accounts may withdraw up to Rs 50,000 per day, while VIP tiers have higher or unlimited limits as detailed in the VIP Club terms. Withdrawal requests are processed in good faith and as quickly as operationally possible. Standard mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are typically completed within 5–20 minutes. Bank transfers may take 2–8 hours depending on interbank processing schedules. bpech reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before releasing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or high-value requests.
bpech may refuse or delay a withdrawal where there is a suspected breach of these Terms, where verification requirements have not been met, or where a chargeback or payment dispute is pending. In such cases, bpech will communicate the reason promptly and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

bpech offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, qualifying game types and expiry dates.
Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion before a withdrawal can be processed. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 credit means you must place Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
bpech actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing bets on opposing outcomes using bonus funds; systematically using bonuses in ways designed to circumvent risk rather than to play genuinely. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
All bpech bonuses have an expiry date — typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited — after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited. The specific expiry period for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion details.
Read the offer terms: Always read the specific wagering requirements before opting into any bpech promotion. The requirements are shown clearly before you accept any bonus credit.
All sports bets placed on bpech are subject to the general betting rules stated in this section as well as any sport-specific rules displayed within the relevant market. In cases of conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence.
A bet is considered accepted and binding once bpech has confirmed acceptance and the bet appears in your account's bet history with a confirmation reference. Bets placed on markets that are clearly mispriced due to a technical error may be voided at bpech's discretion.
bpech may void a bet where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being reached; a market is settled in error and subsequently corrected; or the market was created or priced based on incorrect information. Voided bet stakes are returned to your account balance in full.
In-play bets are accepted subject to available markets at the time of placement. bpech reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice, particularly during significant match events such as goals, wickets or injuries. Bets accepted before a suspension are honoured unless the event is subsequently voided.
Maximum single-bet winnings are subject to limits per sport and per market type. These limits are shown when you place your bet. bpech reserves the right to limit the size of stakes accepted from any individual player without explanation.
All casino games available on bpech — including Teen Patti, Roulette, Fishing Games, baccarat and live dealer games — are subject to individual game rules displayed within each game interface. These Terms supplement but do not replace game-specific rules.
All RNG-based casino games on bpech use independently certified random number generation. Each game outcome is completely random and independent of all previous results. bpech does not and cannot influence individual game outcomes.
Where a game round is interrupted due to a network disconnection — whether on the player's side or bpech's infrastructure — the platform's disconnection policy applies. For most games, an interrupted round is resolved based on the state of play at the time of disconnection. bpech recommends maintaining a stable internet connection during play.
In the event of a game software malfunction, bpech will void the affected round and return stakes to players. Any winnings generated from a clearly malfunctioned round are not considered valid and will not be paid out.
The bpech VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered players. Participation is automatic — loyalty points are earned on qualifying bets and games and accumulate toward tier progression. Tier benefits including increased withdrawal limits, cashback and dedicated support are detailed on the VIP Club page.
VIP tiers are reviewed on a monthly basis. Tier upgrades are applied when a player's cumulative points within the review period meet the threshold for a higher tier. Tier downgrades may apply if activity falls below a tier's maintenance threshold for two consecutive review periods. Players are notified of any tier changes via their registered account.
Weekly cashback for eligible VIP tiers is calculated on net losses within the calendar week and credited to the player's account every Monday. Cashback credits may have a wagering requirement as specified in the VIP Club terms page. Cashback is not paid on bonus-funded play.
bpech reserves the right to modify the VIP Club structure, tier thresholds, and benefit levels with reasonable notice. Players at affected tiers will be informed of changes in advance wherever possible.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bpech and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified account balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method. Where a breach is confirmed, bpech may withhold balances pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, no obligation to return funds is accepted.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting bpech support. Any verified remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method. Accounts requested for closure due to gambling problems are treated as self-exclusion requests and processed under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

A self-exclusion request on bpech is applied immediately and comprehensively.
