Account

Go to bpech's Register page and fill in your Pakistani mobile number, full name and date of birth. Choose a strong password, tick the terms checkbox and submit. You'll receive an SMS OTP to verify your number — enter it and your bpech account is active. The entire process takes under two minutes and registration is completely free.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter the mobile number registered on your bpech account. An OTP will be sent via SMS. Enter the code, then set a new password. If the OTP doesn't arrive within 60 seconds, use the Resend option. Still stuck? Email support@bpech.ws and the team will help you regain access quickly.

No — bpech allows only one account per individual. Duplicate accounts on the same name, CNIC, device or payment method are against bpech's Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended. If you believe there's been an error or you have an old account you've lost access to, contact support before registering a new one.

You can start playing on bpech after SMS verification of your mobile number — no documents needed at the start. For larger withdrawals above a certain threshold, bpech may request identity verification (a copy of your CNIC) to comply with platform security requirements. This is a one-time process and speeds up future withdrawals once complete.

You can request account closure at any time by emailing support@bpech.ws with the subject "Account Closure Request". Any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method before closure. Note: if you're closing your account because of a gambling concern, please consider using bpech's self-exclusion tool instead — it's quicker and protects you more effectively.

Changing your registered mobile number requires identity verification to prevent unauthorised changes. Contact bpech support at support@bpech.ws with your request and a copy of your CNIC. Deposits

The minimum deposit on bpech is Rs 200. This applies across all supported payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and bank transfer. Withdrawals

Log in to your bpech account, go to the Withdrawal section under your account menu, choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer or card), enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals take a similar timeframe. Bank transfers (IBFT) usually arrive within 1–3 hours during banking hours. Card withdrawals can take 1–3 business days depending on the card issuer. bpech processes all withdrawal requests 24/7.

The minimum withdrawal from bpech is Rs 500 for all payment methods. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though very large withdrawals may require identity verification if this hasn't been completed previously. Most bpech withdrawals are approved quickly, but some may be subject to a brief security review — especially first withdrawals or unusually large amounts. bpech does not charge withdrawal fees. The amount you request is what you receive, minus any charges applied by your own bank or payment provider (which are outside bpech's control). There are no hidden deductions on the bpech side — what you see in your withdrawal request is what gets sent.

After registering your bpech account, opt in to the welcome bonus offer before or during your first deposit. Once your qualifying deposit is confirmed, the 100% matched bonus is credited to your bonus wallet automatically. The welcome bonus is available once per player and requires a minimum qualifying deposit — check the active offer terms in your account for the current minimum.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before the bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. No — bpech will never ask for your password via SMS, WhatsApp, social media or email. If you receive such a request, it is a scam attempt. Do not share your credentials. Report it to support@bpech.ws immediately and change your bpech password at once using the Forgot Password option. bpech support only communicates via official channels and will never need your password to help you.

Act quickly. Use the Forgot Password flow to immediately change your password and lock out any unauthorised session. Then email support@bpech.ws urgently with the subject "Security Breach" — include your registered mobile number and the approximate time you noticed unusual activity. bpech can review login logs and, where necessary, freeze the account to protect your balance while the investigation takes place.
Responsible Gaming

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Choose your preferred period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or permanent) and confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately — no deposits or bets are possible during the exclusion. Your remaining balance is returned to your registered payment method.
